Editor Max Taylor walks us through the latest issue of the Caravan World magazine.

This issue of Caravan World is a special one. We’ve compiled all our favourite hidden Top End destinations, featuring some of the most gorgeous places in Australia.

Gracing the cover this month is the handsome Kokoda Challenger Extreme caravan. We also test the US-built Airstream 762. These are gorgeous retro-inspired caravans so it’s no surprise that this company is making a headway in the Australian caravan market. Other rigs tested in this issue include the Billabong Tuff Trakka, the (brilliantly named) Seachange Tuff Nut, Roadstar Little Rippa and Option RV Traction.

On (and off) the road, join us in some brilliant locations. In South Australia, rugged Robe is an amazing piece of picturesque coast, while Arkaroola is where the real outback is found. Limmen National Park is the Northern Territory’s newest place to get lost in while further East, Tony and Denyse Allsop find that travelling from Cairns to Charters Towers is best done on the picturesque route. We also head to Western Australia to Horrocks Beach, and there’s plenty to see on the Queensland Southern Gold Coast.

Get all this and much, much more in the latest issue of Caravan World, on sale now.
